Memory Walk Marathon In Support Of Alzheimer's Society (8:00 AM)

Join Alzheimer's Society on this exciting new challenge that takes walkers through 6,000 years of British history. Walking the equivalent distance of a marathon, walkers start at the stone circle of Avebury and finish at the world heritage site of Stonehenge.

Training Events - Wiltshire Wildlife Trust (10:00 AM)

Wiltshire wildlife Trust have arranged the following training events for orchard surveying, which you are very welcome to attend:

Venue: 10am to 1pm at Postern Hill Picnic Site, Savernake Forest, Marlborough

This is an opportunity for you to meet the Wiltshire Traditional Orchards Project team and learn all about how to carryout out an orchard habitat survey. We will survey some of the orchards in the area whilst going through the survey methods with you.  After the morning’s training we will visit a pub for lunch. You are welcome to join us for lunch or a drink, but unfortunately we can’t afford to pay for you.

Salisbury Food & Drink Festival 2010 (9:00 AM)

Over 70 stall holders from around the region - representing the best delis, retailers and producers, as well as a huge selection of restaurants and craft makers – will present their wares to an enthusiastic crowd of over 7,000 throughout the day at the wonderful Sunday Market.

The Food and Drink Festival is held with the support of Salisbury City Council and delivered by the expert team at Salisbury International Arts Festival.
